Kait Dunton Releases New Album
UNT jazz alum and composer/pianist, Kait Dunton, released her second album of original compositions this year: Mountain Suite. Kait is joined by drummer Bob Mintzer, tenor; John Daversa, trumpet; Darek "Oles" Oleszkiewicz, bass; and Peter Erskine, drums. Although the pieces can stand alone, the music is intended to be thought of as a single narrative, telling the story of a journey in the abstract. It is available on CD Baby, iTunes & Amazon.
