Jazz Studies majors complete Green Dot Training

Nine students and the division chair completed a four-hour Green Dot Training session on April 14, 2018. We found it useful and encourage others to attend training. There's a 75-minute version of the training for faculty and staff.

Green Dot is a national program built on the premise that everyone can measurably and systematically reduce violence within any given community. This program focuses fundamentally on the productive power of bystanders, on the those of us who witness power-based violence between others.
